Why doesn't dnsmasq resolve client names in openwrt in this situation?

Good afternoon, there is such a network:

The problem is that a PC belonging to the network 10.10.10.0/30 cannot resolve names from dnsmasq to 192.168.0.1, with an nslookup request, dnsmasq is simply not responsible for a certain timeout, while you can set telnet- session at 192.168. they are in the default state except for such trifles as dhcp-pool. What can you suggest?

read the settings and see who is allowed access to dnsmasq. You may also need to read the documentation.
