How to configure DNS for Openshift?

There is a domain registered on 2domains (with the address mysite.ru) and a project on Openshift (with the address app-site.rhcloud.com). In the DNS control panel, ns-servers are registered on 2domains: ns1.reg.ru. and ns2.reg.ru. When I write in 2domains PU "www CNAME app-site.rhcloud.com." and mysite.ru in openshift's PU, the new domain becomes available only through www.mysite.ru, but is not available through mysite.ru.
How to make the app-site.rhcloud.com site available both with www and without it, moreover, when accessing from www, a redirect to the mysite.ru site occurs?
PS When I make an entry "@CNAME app-site.rhcloud.com" on 2domains, it is simply not added.
