Zaddosit site itself is easier than ns.
If you look, many do not even bother with different class C subnets for ns1 and ns2.

ns1.site.ru A 1.2.3.4
ns2.site.ru A 1.2.3.4
I'm not saying that it's good, but those who don't want to pay for using registrar's ns don't bother with the second ip address (not to mention the second server)
If the hamster on the shared has fallen, then the uninterrupted domain resolving is no longer important.
