How can I bind a domain name to this server.
I registered with my registrar in the DNS control panel.

You need to order the domain robot service from the Germans (it is paid for owners of virtual machines).
In general, it is better to delegate the domain to the registrar (or to free dns at pdd.yandex.ru, if the registrar does not have one), and write the IP address of the virtual machine in the A-record of the domain.
