How to fix Received: HELO and IP do not match, but should in my case?

Hello.

• There is a site site.ru on one hosting reg.ru
  
• There is a mail server iredmail srv.site.ru on another hosting (VPS) beget
  

Everything in terms of mx, dkim, ptr, etc. - everything is set up perfectly. If I send an email from the server, with roundcube, then mail-tester.com shows a result of 10/10 - everything is perfect.

But if I send from site.ru via smtp of my srv.site.ru, then mail-tester.com immediately reduces the rating, and the reason for this is:
RCVD_HELO_IP_MISMATCH Received: HELO and IP do not match, but should

Tell me how to fix this problem?

In all likelihood, there is no PTR record for your HELO.
HELO srv.site.ru [15.15.15.55]
The server is trying to make nslookup on 15.15.15.55 - but there seems to be a completely different name.
There are two solutions - change the HELO line, adjust / create PTR
