DNS over TLS and HTTPS?

In the descriptions of DOH, they say that it is more anonymous than DOT because it is an HTTP protocol in structure, but after all, encryption is used here and there and it is impossible to understand https or DOT from the received packets?

Both Zhiguli and Kamaz use wheels to drive - but can they be confused at first sight? :)
DoT uses UDP 853 (by default) and requires a program that can establish a TLS session itself.
DoH uses the standard port 443 and requires nothing more than a browser that knows how to do it.
What is one thing, what is another nifiga is not anonymous from the word at all. Will it be anonymous to put on a Guy Fawkes (Anonymous) mask in full face and walk down the street like that? Yes, cameras can be tricked, recognition most likely will not work :) But you will definitely stand out from the crowd :)
Anonymity - when you merge with the crowd. When you mark yourself "I use DoT" by calling on port 853 or "I use DoH" by calling public DoH servers - what kind of anonymity is that? It's quite the opposite...
