How to combine several wifi routers into one network?

In the office, you need to build a wifi network, not high-speed, but reliable.
There are tp-link routers with ddwrt, there are a lot of rj-45 sockets in the office, so we can solve the problem of connecting them with a cord if necessary.
Interested in how to configure them to work in one channel (since there are many other networks in the building and something constantly climbs onto the selected channel) without constant network drops, packet losses, etc.

If there is an RJ45 socket in the office, does it mean that there is a wired segment of the corporate network? If yes, then look towards not WiFi routers, but WiFi access points. If you don't want to mess with the settings and management of radio resources, then it's better to look for some centralized solution.
