What RAM to take on 10600k? and MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Plus or MSI Z490-A Pro?

I'm asking about frequencies. which operation is suitable. 2666 only? which has an exmp profile for 3200?

or you can take some operative 3000 and it will become. and is the exp profile used correctly for 3200?

I want to have a memory frequency of 3200, but Intel seems to have heard only 2666 hawala.

And plz tell me the difference between MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Plus and MSI Z490-A Pro motherboards

At Intel, the letter K in the name of the processor indicates that it is allowed to overclock, and the Z-chipset allows you to overclock the RAM, unlike simpler and cheaper chipsets, where this feature is disabled by software. The optimal choice would be something like [email protected] or better, as long as the money is enough. Better is not only higher frequency, but also lower timings, both parameters affect system performance. In the case of a RAM with super parameters, it is imperative to check its presence in the list of tested / supported RAM modules on the motherboard support page, selecting the planned processor there.
