Processor problem?
Tell me: there is a PC on the board 1155. Recently it failed - I signed it (with a subsequent screen of death), then when I tried to boot it was just a blue screen, now the coolers are just spinning without an image on the display. Two-bar RAM - wiped both, connected the first / second in series. No results. There are no traces of burntness on the processor, just as there are no swollen capacitors on the motherboard (I only looked with the naked eye, so this is not accurate). The computer was not there for me, so I don’t know the text of the errors that flew out. Can someone from personal experience tell me how likely this is a processor problem?

Screenshot of the blue screen then show. The code will say everything you need.
Alternatively, in addition to iron problems, there may be problems with the file system (it is damaged if the computer does not shut down properly), so you boot into recovery mode and choose there either automatically or call chkdsk through the console
Check power supply. Check motherboard. Try to run with 1 stick of RAM. Disks are temporarily disabled. As the picture appears - we cut it down, connect the disks, try to boot.
Processors rarely die, it's more like a PSU or a motherboard
Video card - a separate one or are you trying to get a picture from the built-in?
You can change the power supply if there is a second computer (unscrew it from there) - they are also universal, unlike motherboards and processors. Then, when saving the problem, there will be only two options to choose from: MP or processor. And they go together anyway.
The memory could not have all deteriorated at once, since there were two slats.
On the processor, you still need to look at the bent legs. Although why would they bend if they didn’t drop or kick, but ...
