What is important for an engineer's AutoCAD (2D only) computer configuration?

Which of the configuration is most important for optimal work with 2D drawings in AutoCAD?
I suspect such tasks do not require gaming video cards. The processor - is it so important for such a task?
What will be the optimal combination of processor + video card for an AutoCAD engineer in 2D (3D is not used)?

Processor - any intel core with 2-4 physical cores, frequency is more important than the number of cores.
RAM - 8 GB minimum, 16 desirable.
Video card - any discrete one with 2+ GB and with CUDA support (even in 2D it is used), a game card for 30-40 thousand is definitely not needed.
SSD is a must! Without it, everything is sad even on top platforms.
