How to make Dell Inspiron 5748 laptop work only with discrete card?

There is a sabzhevy laptop. No matter what I do - it still works through the built-in video card, while the laptop has a GeForce 820M. Through this, even some elementary tasks such as browsing sites, launching standard Windows 8 Metro applications - all this works with a creak even when the antivirus and other background tasks are disabled. I think that most of these brakes will be solved if everything works from under a discrete video card.
I tried to remove the built-in video card in the Device Manager - the laptop still works through the standard Windows video driver. I tried to delete it too - all the same, the work goes through some built-in drivers. This is despite the fact that a completely working video card with the latest drivers hangs nearby.
I couldn't find anything related to the video card in the BIOS. There are very few settings at all. BIOS updated right now to the latest version - the situation has not changed.
Actually, subject.
PS I wanted to contact Dell support, but their website is terrible. I got to entering the service tag from the laptop - for some reason the site says that it does not fit.
