Video cards

Why won't my computer start up with a new graphics card?

I bought a new Gtx 1650 video card to replace the Gtx 750 Ti, which failed. I
insert the card, turn it on, the BIOS emits one beep in 30 seconds and the monitor does not go further.
The video card is connected via a Vga-Dvi-D adapter. (Since the connection on the monitor is only through VGA)

Motherboard H67MS-E23 (B3)
Processor I5-2310
500W unit
I tend to incompatibility of the Video Card and the Motherboard, since the board is ~2010 and there is not even firewood for 10 Win

To begin with, check the computer WITHOUT vidyuhi - you never know what actually died there?
Then a new vidyuhu on another "fresh" computer. Yes, at least take it to the store or to the warranty service - "It does not work !!!"
Stick in your computer "old" vidyuhu. I mean, any live, but not super-fresh.
Then, how to make sure that the computer, the new video card and the PCI-E slot are alive, but "not friendly", ask the same question again.
