How to change the performance ratio between GPU and CPU?
When I launch even the weakest game (for example, CS 1.6), or open any video on YouTube, my processor frequency instantly drops to 720 MHz.
I know that some mechanism is used there that divides the CPU and GPU approximately 50/50 to meet the TDP.
Only there is one problem, in those games that I want to play gpu is practically not needed. But you need a processor, because of a bunch of scripts.
Can I somehow make the processor frequency higher, and the GPU vice versa?

For built-in video cards, cs16 is not a weak game at all and loads the accelerator to the fullest;
it is quite possible that the frequency drops not because of a lack of power, but because of the danger of overheating, what does a program like OpenHardwareMonitor say?
In the settings of the video card (whatever it is, just in different places) there can be profiles that are automatically turned on when you start programs or just in full screen mode (some video card manufacturers have a stupid list of exe files there) if you dig deeper there and create your own profile?
