In general, I disconnected the video card, processor cooling, RAM, case cooling. Cleaned up. Put everything back. The video card is spinning, cooling too, I connect hdmi, but there is no image. I rechecked the RAM in all slots. Zero effect. The light blinks stupidly, although the monitor shows that the hdmi is connected when the hdmi is connected. What the hell are you supposed to do?

I forgot to add: the power button does not turn off the computer. That is, earlier if you pressed once without holding for a long time, then it turned off.
