Problems with overclocking 1660, how to solve?

All health.
The card is a gigabyte 1660 with three valves, the case is zalman, also covered in coolers. I drive the memory to + 999mhz, everything is ok, under a load of 65-70 degrees, I add another + 1mhz and it hangs tightly. Is she locked up? Googled, Googled, Googled. Either articles from 5 years ago that no longer work, or nothing useful, the question in the search engine was not formulated as soon as it was. The GPU is chasing +130mhz, but the memory behaves like this even without overclocking the GPU

Rzagon rests on memory chips. Depending on their characteristics, manufacturer, etc... so your situation is quite real. We stop at a frequency where there are no glitches and artifacts, and that's it
