Are artifacts in FurMark a 100% graphics card failure?
Good afternoon. Tell me about Furmark, if artifacts pop up from the very beginning of the test, can we assume that the video card already has problems and is about to die?
There is an old laptop with nVidia GeForce GT 710M. Fully working, temperature tests do not exceed limits. But in Furmark, immediately upon startup, the image has artifacts despite the fact that the temperature is normal.

Yes, this is definitely a problem.
No, the iron will not necessarily die, my discrete video card (ancient) has been dying like this for more than a year (later I gave it to a friend then, it worked for him for a long time)
If the temperature is within the normal range (no higher than 60 degrees) but there are artifacts, then these are problems with memory chips or with the processor itself (a typical breakdown is exfoliated solder inside - they say this can be repaired by special heating)
