Should I buy a GTX 660 graphics card now?

Hello! Win 10 and DirectX 12 are coming out the other day, in connection with this question.
The store has the opportunity to buy a refurbished Palit GTX 660 for 5800 rubles (new one costs ~ 10,000 rubles). Is it worth taking it, or is it better to take a closer look at video cards whose specifications include DirectX 12 hardware support?
PS I read on the Internet that old video cards will also support DirectX 12, but only partially, and they will not have a performance increase of 5-7 times.

The poor programmers there at Microsoft are trying their best to optimize DirectX in order to win a few percent, and the marketers there are walking in a big way and promising everyone a performance increase several times over.
In general, until DirectX 12 comes out, no one will tell you for sure whether it's worth it or not.

If you want new games, then immediately take something more or less fresh, and not 660. Take it just because it is supported by the OS, IMHO, it makes no sense.
The prices are really outrageous...

But why? If you already have doubts, then this worm will gnaw at you constantly after the purchase)) As practice shows, if you take something, then with a margin of at least a couple of years. What will you be doing with your 660 next year when the Oculus Rift comes out with its hellish hardware requirements?)
