What could be the problem with the motherboard and SSD?

I have an Ubuntu SSD, a PC with an Asus motherboard where I flashed Ubuntu 18.04 on that SSD, and a server with a Biostar motherboard.
Asus successfully finds and identifies the SSD, names it "ubuntu" in the list, and loads the OS itself wonderfully.
The server, in the list of devices for booting, defines the SSD as "SATA: model_SSD_60GB" and does not want to boot the OS into any. I tried to boot in Native IDE / Legacy IDE / AHCI / IDE-> AHCI modes - the cursor always just blinks after choosing an SSD.
Next, I tried to use a bootable USB flash drive, it didn’t start for me either due to the fact that the server did not find GRUB on it, but this does not apply to the question, more importantly, in the process I found that the server skips this SSD with a notification " non-ms: skip ".
In Google, for some reason, such a problem occurs purely with bootable flash drives, but there is nothing on ssd / hdd.

I had a similar problem, the bottom line was that it was necessary to boot the flash drive from USB 2.0, because after 3.0 the boot worked very crookedly and generally failed in the middle. Perhaps you should overwrite the image and repeat the operation
