How to solve windows 10 freezing problem?

I have windows 10.
Disk ssd.
I use the cloud from mail.ru
They have a disk-o application that turns the cloud into a physical disk on the computer.
Been using this app for quite some time.
Today I decided to copy a few files from my computer to the cloud and the machine hung.
I waited about 20 minutes, nothing changed.
Tried calling task manager ctrl+shift+esc, no response.
I also tried to exit via ctrl+alt+del - nothing happened either.
I had to force it to turn off.
Then I rebooted and again tried to upload the file to the cloud, also the same trouble, everything hung, when I hovered the mouse over the taskbar, a circle appeared, which means it was hanging.
Again cut down forcibly.
Now I thought that the disk had killed.
Checked through cristal disk info - shows 100%
Removed disk-o to h...th mother.
Rebooted, tried to zip the file to 1.6 GB and again hung up.
Then I thought that maybe the processor is heating up, and checked through aida64, the indicators are normal 50 degrees.
I don't even know what to think.
And how can you safely turn off the PC during a freeze if it is impossible to call the task manager?
