Is it possible to take a server PC for work?
Hello. Please tell me people who are well versed in hardware:
I want to take a bunch:

But the whole thing, as I noticed, is a server one. Tell me how well this all goes for fast work on a PC, namely: photoshop, corel, several browsers with many open tabs, several layout software and all this at once.

If it doesn’t break right away and fail (because it’s Chinese crap), then it will work. It has nothing to do with servers, really.
It makes no sense to take anything other than processors on AliExpress, if you want to save money, then order on amazon, it turns out to be a good saving
The server is not faster.
The server is more reliable. Well, older models also have much more noisy fans for more serious cooling.
There is one exception - if you need a multiprocessor system.
But you, judging by the requests - it is not needed.
On Xeon, you can assemble a regular computer (well, only memory with parity).
By the way, you chose the motherboard with a "household" and not a server chipset.
I wonder - what of this "server"? Xeon 2012 release? Well, yes, I have a similar one in the server just worth it. And everything else is a threshing floor named after unknown Chinese, memory, by the way, is not even ECC. And the mother - of a typical desktop layout - in servers, if there are usually two sockets and memory slots - at least eat, because let's say a 128G frame - it's quite normal for a server.
For the stated purposes - well, here you need to look at what kind of vidyuha will be attached to all this, because as I understand it, there is no integration there.
