How and how can I restore an HHD 2.5 hard drive?

The laptop was dropped into the ice (it was a bag). As a result, the hard drive stopped working. I put another hard drive in the laptop and everything works fine. But I want to recover data from a non-working hard drive on my own, but in our city no one professionally does this.
At the beginning I connected it via usb-box. He saw all sections, but the main one could only read through R-Studio. Managed to pull out some data. But the next day, windows stopped seeing it. I decided to connect it to stationary computers via sata. But the computer does not detect it either, even in the BIOS.
How and with what can it be restored?
Should it be taken apart at all?
Should I try using jumpers?

after the impact, as a rule, the HDD does not work, the engine wedges, so if you really need data, then go to the specialists. And if not, then on the magnets.

take it to a data recovery office if the data is important, the last time I was restored from a fallen hard drive for 30k rubles, if the data is worth it, bring it.
In a good office, free diagnostics, that is, you hand over the screw, they look at it and then they tell you the price of restoration.

unscrew the bottom board on the screw, very often the contact pads rust there, clean them with an elastic band and try to turn it on again. Next, you can check the resistors of zero resistance (these are fuses) on the same board, replace those that are in the open. It will not help - the disk is in the trash.

Congratulations. The fact that you turned it on later and tried to count something from it, you finished off the heads and, possibly, scratched the entire surface. Now the cost of information recovery has increased by 5-10 times, if at all it is possible to do it now.
And so, if you are interested in what really restores information, and does not finish off disks, look at the link www.acelab.ru/dep.pc
