What's wrong with the laptop?

On the bottom of the laptop, due to severe overheating, the plastic melted, the zone is approximately 3 by 3 cm. After turning on the laptop, it only works for a minute, after which it completely freezes, it can only be restarted with the power button. There is a possibility that the radiator or heat sink tube burned out. Is it possible, after removing the cover, to determine by eye what kind of part burned out? What kind of part could it be?

Most likely the cooler is jammed, since the plastic has melted.
PS. If the laptop works for at least a minute, it’s better to take it to the service until something is broken during disassembly.

Does the laptop beep before shutting down? If so, how? And then here .

Do not touch, with this approach, it is better to contact the workshop.
Detail - hub (or if separate, then south and north bridge), video card, processor. All chokes are much smaller, and there are no other such large parts on the MP.
