Why is there no signal from the video card?

Good afternoon! There was such a problem: there is no signal from the video card.
The video card is working (checked on another computer, there is a signal there).
Video card without nutrition. Power is supplied from the slot (the cooler is spinning).
What could be the problem and how to deal with it?
PS When you try to plug the monitor into the connector on the motherboard, there is a signal ... from the built-in video core.

What is the PC configuration? It seems that the motherboard is not compatible with the video card.

  1. Check the integrity of the wire.
    Monitor - Video card.
  2. Check the integrity of the monitor connection port.
  3. Make sure the monitor is working.
Try connecting the monitor to another device.
  4. Driver.
Make sure your video card drivers are installed. Installed correctly, without damaging the files and the drivers themselves are up to date.
  5. PCI slot in the motherboard
Make sure that the PCI slot (where the video card is installed) is not damaged.

If any of this helps, then everything is Ok.
There is another reason, but this reason is very serious, and often in 99.9% of cases leads to the replacement of the motherboard.
Reason: failure of the server bridge (chip) of the motherboard.
