Normal thermal interfaces last two to four years. In your case, you first need to purge the cooling system from possible dust. Then restore the operating system to factory settings. If the overheating does not pass, then carry it in warranty.

Нужно обратиться в сервисный центр производителя и пожаловаться на спад работоспособности. Они проверят ноутбук и заменят термопасту при необходимости в ином случае укажут на причины перегревов.

Посмотрите пломбы, прочитайте гарантийное соглашение.
У меня в основном ноутбуки Asus, у них обычно пломбы стоят внутри корпуса на отдельных элементах. Соответственно, можно разобрать, заменить что нужно и закрутить обратно.
