Why doesn't the new RAM stick work?

Hello. I decided to add 4GB of RAM to the already existing 4GB.
In general, in the manager -> Performance is also 4GB left.
Motherboard: HP Laptop 15-bs1xx

AIDA sees two sticks of RAM under "Motherboard" -> "SPD".
The memory controller works in Single Channel mode, xs how to do it in dual, bios with limited parameters. Bios updated.
