Green dots on the monitor?

Guys, an unpleasant thing happened, green dots began to appear on the monitor, not always, but they do happen.
Esteemed, write replacement of the videocard. But I have a lenovo g500 laptop, I read it, there is a built-in video card and cannot be replaced.
Is it true? What should I do, buy a new one or somehow fix this one?

Motherboards are quite repairable if you live in a more or less large city. Or, they change entirely.
What will be more profitable - repair or replacement, in your case, you have to find out. Different vidyahi were installed on your note, besides, the prices for repairs are different everywhere. If the difference is not very big, it is better to take a new one.
