What could be the problem of laptop processor overheating?

The laptop is heated (CPU is more than 80 degrees)
Model hp pavilion m6-1034er.
Took it apart, cleaned it, replaced the thermal paste.
Collected, turned on, the temperature is the same.
The cooler blows warm air.
What could be the problem ?
