Is this assembly normal?

I decided to buy a computer for purely home use - surfing the Internet, storing movies and photos (and viewing them), Word and PowerPoint and some kind of arcade games. Would this build work?
Processor: AMD Fusion A8 7650 (because it's cheap and has a built-in graphics core)
Motherboard: Asus A68HM-K
Case: Formula FA-702B 450W (don't know if you need a window, but it has a built-in power supply, you can find an option without a window and save 500-1000 rubles)
RAM: Patriot Viper 3 DDR 3 (4 or 8 GB)
Fans (2): Cooler Master R4-L2R-20AR-R1 (no wonder there is a window in the case, but if you take a case without a window , I'll take fans without backlight and save another 200 rubles)
Cooler: Deepcool GAMMAXX-400
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA100 for 1 terabyte.
As an OS, either 7 or 10 Windows (most likely 7) will
cost. The price comes out at about 15,000-20,000.

Don't even think about the HDD. The minimum sensible bundle in 2018 is SSD + 8Gb RAM, add a processor to taste, your option will do.

Get a better Ryzen 2200G and a motherboard for it. The rest is fine, but be sure to have DDR4 RAM, some kind of HyperX or something, better than two-channel because the Ryzen 2200G does not work on DDR3.
PS Of the HDD, WD is better than Toshbia.
