At my last job, I was intensely asked what I would do if the team leader was a nerd / offered some kind of utter nonsense and insisted on its implementation. Moreover, the personnel officer resolutely annoyed me with this fictitious situation, I even hesitated whether to accept their offer, since there are such problems in the company.
It turned out the opposite, just such a stress test - she really tried to bug me with monotonous stupid questions so that I would get angry with her. Apparently that's how they are taught now.
And according to the subject (well, that is, at a profile interview), all sorts of problems, and “tell us about the architecture of your last / large-scale project.”
