Software testing

Is it worth it to move to another city for work?

Hello.
I am suffering with the decision for the third day. We were invited to the position of a software tester in a well-known Russian development company, manual testing of a network protection software package. In testing, I have absolute zero experience, I have no idea how this happens and whether I will like the process, but HR explained that my network skills are more important, and they will teach you how to test.
In principle, the conditions are good, moving to St. Petersburg (I have been going for a long time), but I feel that my heart does not lie with this vacancy. But at the same time, it becomes possible to live in a large developed city, to study (in my city there are no professional courses at all), and yet I need a general testing experience in order to study towards devops. Fuel was added to the fire by another company, also well-known in Russia, which sent yesterday an invitation for an interview for a more interesting vacancy for me (AWS, Ansible, monitoring and other technologies I need), but we can only talk in a week, and the first answer should be given in a few days .
Who can give advice? Try, endure and gain experience or is it better to wait for a more opportune moment? The fact is that this is the first "offer" with the move in a long time.

If you don’t like the job after moving to St. Petersburg, finding another one will be much easier and faster than waiting again in your hometown for the right moment / interesting vacancy.

My subjective opinion
Переезд это вообще лучшее, что может случиться с человеком.

Are these "learning" courses? Funny.
If you are asking on the Internet how to live on and in general, how to deal with the future, then it is too early for you to move.
Answer: do not move, wait for the next "ofir".

No one here will decide this for you.
Learn to make decisions on your own.
"Invited for an interview" - this does not mean that they took the job. It was invited to talk for life, without obligations.
Therefore, in such a situation, I would accept the offer. But it's me.

as my teacher in mathematical logic used to say:
"Whether you leave for another city for work or not - it doesn't matter. The main thing, boy, is that you are happy."
they really want to offer you a job - they will wait a week with an answer.

There are two obvious things, the first ones can wait longer and this is not a problem for them.
The second ones can talk faster, it's a waste of time for them and it also costs nothing, you just have to ask.

I went to another country, and that's fine.

I would agree to go straight to work. Firstly, no one is forcibly holding you, you can just take it and go to another job, you just need to think if you sign some kind of contract - they can slip conditions on terms, etc. Secondly, you will go to an interview for a second vacancy, being already in a “cooler” job (I hope the payment is expected to be higher than now?), And more trump cards when voicing the desired salary (write that you are now getting 100,500 rubles, and you would like And now, let's say, you say that you get 70,000, and they won't offer you much more. Perhaps I'm mistaken somewhere.
If you don't have your family yet, then there are no problems at all, complete freedom, wherever you want, you go there and the head does not hurt, where to arrange a wife, in which kindergarten for a child, and whether there are any places at all, and much more.
