How can I test GeoIP operation on a local server?

Good afternoon.
How can I test Geoip on a local server?
The following actions are performed - I pull out the current ip, I look at the country, I pull out the previous country - if it does not match - add. authentication.
Works through a database with ip and countries.

It can be reassigned to any SP and transferred to the script.
