Do they lower my salary?

Hello everyone, actually the essence of the issue is as follows, 9 months ago I started working as a layout designer. When I got a job, I knew only HTML / CSS + I could turn on some kind of jQuery plugin, but I couldn’t even write anything myself without someone’s help. Now, 9 months later, I know and use JS (even the latest standard), various frameworks and libraries, React, Vue, I know how to work with Webpack, I optimize graphics, I make animations on SVG, but the salary never rises. Maybe I want a lot, or is it better to get out of such a job?

Looking for remote.
Or move.
I.
Forget the snot and pseudo-ethics. The Komsomol was canceled a long time ago. Your employer is not your father. You are being held not for beautiful eyes and not out of charity, but with a purpose. You will be sent to the forest as soon as you are no longer needed.
What you owe is written in the contract.
Think of yourself. More cynicism and realism.

dude you suck!
and raising the issue of a higher salary is not an option for you at all?
that is, you have only two options (?):
1 I want too much
2 blame
really?

Ilya : If this is the best job in the city, then why is the question on the toaster?
You are an IT guy. Knowledge worker. Think about it, be like interviews, see if there is any place to go. If there is nowhere, it means that the employer is doing everything right - earning money on you, because anyway you will not go anywhere.
Career issues need to be addressed at the level of psychology and the search for options, and not "I read about another framework, suddenly my salary will be raised"

That is, you approached the manager eight times and asked for a raise, and he refused you?
Or only the people on the toaster know about it and no one in your company?
How are they supposed to figure it out then? Is it yourself

Same as you did.
Settled from scratch for 20k. A year later I received 26 and thought that for such a salary you can work somewhere in a store, without special knowledge, deadlines and hassle.
Options:
1) You can ask the manager what to do to get more
2) There is a My circle button on top. Looking for remote work. 50k really get only for layout
I had a difficult choice, because I learned a lot this year and it seemed that I was throwing them. But there they saved every ruble and it was difficult to beg for a raise.
I chose the second one and have no regrets. zp is 2 times higher. More free time to learn new things and so on.

Any worker of any qualification is only a commodity.
A product is worth as much as someone (the employer) pays for it.
Until you find something that is willing to pay more for you - you are worth as much as you get.
The most ethical option is to talk to your current employer in exactly the same words (I'm more productive now [?] than 9 months ago).
Perhaps they will say to you, "Well, go ahead," and then there will be clarity. They won't get fired, that's for sure.
And one important point: "I know more" is not always = "I produce more".
Another point: you may have been studying at the expense of the employer for these 9 months, it would be nice to keep this in mind too.
