From senior to lead, process?

Actually, just now I was interviewing at work for promotion from middle to senior. In principle, it was successful, and now the question arose, how now to grow into a lead?
Can you tell me what kind of literature to read, your experience, etc. and basically everything about what a lead is.
Front-end sphere.
Thank you.

You have to pull the department and become a scrummaster, leadership qualities and all that.

The problem is that there is no single grading standard - each company tries to build its own bike out of improvised things (or rent someone else's). The differences can reach the point that the assessment of a specialist by two firms will be diametrically opposed (we take the middle as the lower limit, although someone will have several grades for the junior).
I would advise you to start by reading about what leads do in different companies in general and what are the requirements for them. On the Internet you can find articles on both points - I recommend reading this one (English).
There is another option - be like interviews and ask those with whom you will talk. After a dozen or two meetings, you should have an understanding of what is happening in the market.
If we talk about myself, then I became a lead in the most banal way - I responded to a vacancy, already having experience in managing a team and managing projects. Nobody prevents you from getting the relevant experience yourself - take part in amateur endeavors, open your own business, organize something inside your current job.
