How has the coronavirus pandemic and crisis affected the junior and trainee market?
Question for programmers from all companies: small, medium, large. I understand that experienced specialists will be needed always and everywhere, but I am interested in what awaits interns and juniors (without work experience) in Russia in the near future.
How has the recruitment of newcomers in your companies changed? How has the budget changed? How have plans to find such specialists changed? Please share your observations if you don't mind.

We haven't recruited juniors lately.
Because I have already seen enough of the Junes, I can only assume that this has become harder. Junior needs a mentor who is always there. It is very difficult to train a junior at a distance.
The requirements for a junior are rising, he must have the right tools right away. Git, good command of basic commands, setting up a VPN, setting up an IDE, setting up an environment ... He must do all this himself. And in the office they will give him a ready-made car, and colleagues would help right away. And at the same time, at home, a jun must have a sufficiently powerful working machine, the necessary equipment. Testers and developers of mobile applications are not to be envied - you need to have a fleet of affordable mobile devices...
And not every June has the means to buy a powerful machine for work. At work, they will just give it out.
I will also add that in informal communication in a smoking room, at lunch, at a coffee machine, at a cooler, often the most valuable information is exchanged, which not only a junior, but any other employee will not receive anywhere else.
