If HR writes to you, and you are a JS junior with no work experience, does this mean that you indicated in the description more than you know, or that the office is of a low level?
I want to go to work in a medium / large company so that the pace is not super frantic and that there is a normal process of training / helping juniors

Interesting wording. Depends on what you wrote there. If you indicated 3 years of work at MRG, Yandex and Sberbank, but all your experience is houdijo videos, then yes, something is wrong somewhere. And if you have indicated that you are a junior with no experience and they wrote to you, then everything is ok. For entry-level positions among HR, it is common practice to do mass mailings without particularly delving into the essence of resumes.
Junes need to grab every opportunity and rejoice at what HRs write.
What kind of junas went?
As a June, I understand little from the job description
Perhaps you indicated more than you know, perhaps a "low-level" office, perhaps they need a junior with no work experience and you suit them.

It just means that your resume might fit their jobs. Not the fact that in the end it will do, it's just a possibility. They want to see. This only says about the company that they are also recruiting juniors.
In general, I considered it obvious that it was necessary to do research about what kind of organization, but untalented on coffee grounds. Google hasn't been banned yet
