What are the most relevant ways to find a new team/projects in a pandemic?

I collect opinions, I ask for advice from more experienced comrades. How can a non-IT specialist find a new team or an interesting project

in the current conditions ?

My environment, just like the field of activity, is very far from technology. Although I came to design a very long time ago, I have many completed projects, the owner of several small awards in various subjects, until recently, websites and applications remained just a hobby (read "what I had to do at night"). As interests developed, I often had to change people and teams, which I myself assembled from the most intelligent developers with whom I had a chance to work on certain tasks. Now I want to find a more powerful, stable and commercially advanced team of close-knit professionals.

  1. Does it make sense to knock on specialized development teams, or to look for new growing startups?
  2. If startups , then what platforms are the most effective in terms of finding new projects?
  3. If the teams are professionals, then when sending a CV, is it worth worrying about profile education and official work experience, or is the actual skills of the candidate a priority?

Now my goal is not to immediately improve my financial situation, but to find an interesting and promising team with which I can further realize my full creative potential and create truly unique and high-quality products.

@opium

it’s not very clear you kind of want a team for yourself, hire people and here is your team, now there are drawdowns on projects so this is not a problem
Why send your resume somewhere
