What entry in the labor is better for a web developer?

I'm looking for a wording.
For a long time I was engaged in the development of websites and various programs with a web interface. There is experience. I don’t like stuffing websites with content, but sometimes I have to. I administer Linux servers. Sometimes I worked with a designer, sometimes alone.
And now I work (2 months) in a network of sports shops and sports equipment. I make websites for these stores, admin… I fill it with content.
Officially, he didn’t get a job anywhere, because he doesn’t sleep as a military commissar. A month later, DR (27 years old) - conscription only from April. You can get settled.
I want a beautiful first job entry. Something like "Head of IT department". But in the office I am the only IT specialist (although there is also an Enikeyshchik who comes - 1snik - a wind driver. He comes once every one and a half months). They answered positively to my request, they only said to look for a different wording, because there is no IT department yet.
Recommend wording.

If there are sites that you can show, experience that you can demonstrate, and a couple of past contacts who, if necessary, will recommend - forget about labor, it is not needed.

You may not be limited to one entry. If you've been with the company for a long time and they treat you well there, you can make several entries from the assistant system administrator to the head of the IT department. By the way, this will characterize you as a purposeful employee.
The actual presence or absence of any department in any way does not limit the wording of positions in the labor force, so you can safely write any position.

Hmm ... Entry into the labor force will affect the subsequent salary.
You seem to be not much younger than me, but your head is full of such nonsense ... The salary does not depend on the record in the labor. “They don’t hit the passport, but the face.”

Once, a smart chief accountant told me that in the labor record they must correspond to some documents there, i.e. there is a limited set of "specialties" that can be included in the workforce.
Although next (or this?) year, labor seems to be canceled altogether, so you don’t have to worry about the “first entry”.

I have been hiring employees, constantly for many years. The last thing I'm interested in is the workbook.

One month later DR (age 27)
Throughout your 27th year of life, you may be called. That is, you fall under both the spring and autumn drafts of 2012.

If there is no IT department, but the company treats you well, then you can indicate the position of “deputy general director for ... (IT, technical support, innovation :), etc.

No one really cares about the beauty of the wording in the labor. Labor is generally going to be canceled ... lenta.ru/news/2011/08/04/trud/

Correct me if I'm wrong - in the fall, something slipped in the news about an increase in the draft age to 30 years ...
Judging by the comments above, it still hasn't been increased?
