I often see in vacancies abroad the requirement for education "Computer Science or related field". What is meant by a related field? Can this be considered a diploma in electronics, automation, instrumentation, etc.? will be from such areas and not from IT?

But skills and experience + foreign are more important.
It is much more difficult for a newcomer to break through abroad now than 5 or 10 years ago.
