What program can be used to monitor the work of a freelancer?

I will need to show the client that I do not view sites 18+ (and other off-topic) during work. To do this, I know an upwork program that randomly screens the screen every 10 minutes. But the problem is that I don't want to pay through upwork because of the 10% they take. There remains an option: let the time drip, and the client pays separately. But, as far as I know, this will negatively affect my reputation. If, suddenly, I have several thousand unpaid hours.
Attention, the question is:
1) Do unpaid hours on upwork negatively affect the reputation of a freelancer?
2) What good, preferably free, programs for "spying" on a freelancer do you know / use?

@Jmaster

They do not withdraw 10%, but provide a whole range of services that free the time of the freelancer and the customer from administrative headaches, and also help the freelancer in his promotion. Better kill the toad and invest your time and energy in a positive direction.

During work, the main problem for your customer is a ban on viewing 18+ sites?
What kind of client do you have?

Fuck such a client.
A person who works remotely can do whatever he wants.
Although you can broadcast yourself live on porn sites, this should not concern the client.
One thing should be important for the client - the implementation of the project on time.
Well, if a client forbids you to crawl on a porn site, I'm afraid you still suffer with him.

How do you work without porn? What, he doesn't understand?
