What is the best way to organize files for a large project?

Hello. The task is to make up a lot of templates for the project, just layout, programmers will pull it later. I know how to use git, sass, gulp. To show other intermediate results, I want to send to the git repository, and then to heroku. What tell me?

А в чём собственно вопрос?
Вы вроде и git пользоваться умеете, и с heroku судя по вопросу дружите.
Ложите по разным папкам разные части или что вам нужно?
К стати, почему не GitHub pages раз просто верстка?

Make git hooks when pushing in remote, it’s so convenient for us, you work locally to update on the server, one push is enough and that’s it.
