What system to use for project management?

Good day. Prompt what system should be used for project management.
Requirements
- Task management (priorities, time, etc...)
- Documentation
- Privacy. Ideally, if this system can be deployed on your own server (like youtracks)
- Minimum price. For a system for a maximum of 10 people is needed. I wouldn't want to pay a lot.
Tried some:
trello - lacks
redmine documentation - awkward interface. How much I didn’t use it always came down to the fact that I scored on maintaining comments on tasks.
youtrack - The best candidate, but again, it has no record keeping.

@sayber

The best option is jira .
Also install plugins, a link with github and beauty. Always be aware of: What/Who? Where? When?
Participated in the beginning of the development of the megaplan project, it seems that they should have done it there too.
