Forget about the names, they are made to lure students and nothing more. Look carefully at the entire curriculum and draw conclusions about what you will eventually know.
At one time I entered the "Micro- and Nanoelectronics", and graduated in the specialty "Physical-Biomedical Electronics" with the qualification of "electronic engineer".
Naturally, during the training, there was no micro and even more so nanoelectronics, only general information about the design of medical equipment + a little physics and a little mathematics.
Don't make mistakes - don't look at the titles.
