What foreign resources with foreign technical literature do you know?

Sometimes it is interesting to read foreign books, to see their view on certain issues, so to speak. However, some books can cost up to $100 or $200, which is quite expensive in my opinion. There is a google books service, where you can partially read some books. What other resources do you know? MB are there analogues of flibusta and twirpx?

A gigantic repository of all available literature - both foreign (there is more of it) in PDF and archives for codes for this literature, if any, and Russian-language PDF and DJVU. Come in, enter the name or author in the search bar, and in the search results, see links to file hosting. Everything is free, you can download the torrent.
