you need to upgrade the mother and processor, the computer (desktop) is used mainly for development (java / cpp / webdev), the budget is limited, so the mother under the i3 / i5 / i7 line so that there is a choice and at least 2 cores (preferably 4 of course).
From memory, at least 16 gig, and 3-4 bars so that there is a choice of 4 or 8.
Before that, there were asus and gigabytes, they didn’t let me down, this time, due to the budget, I suspect I won’t pull the asus, while in the process of comparing motherboards, the actual question is what to pay attention to from the budget for such needs.
