The computer does not come out of power saving mode stably - how to solve it?

I changed the processor and motherboard of the computer (it used to be Intel).

Processor Ryzen 7 2700X.
MSI B550M Pro VDH motherboard.
AeroCool KCAS 700 power supply.
GeForce 750 Ti video card.
There are SSD, HDD, DVD-RW.
Windows 10 OS.

The computer does not come out of power saving.
Doesn't respond to keyboard and mouse.
You press the power button - the fans work. You click on the reset - went to recover from the hybrid sleeper.

BIOS is fresh.
There are drivers for the motherboard.
Installed video drivers from scratch.

What is this?
