What is more adequate: Z490 chipset or B460 for i5 10400F?

Some video editing, photoshop and work in office programs are planned.

Video card: GTX 1650 Super
RAM: 16 Gb, 2933-3200 MHz

What is the best chipset to take for the i5 10400F processor? Is it worth spending money on the Z490-mother?

Z-chipset is worth taking only if you are going to overclock. Otherwise it is not advisable.
