Windows 10 won't start after changing hardware. Markup problem?

Hey!
There used to be a small "server" based on the Intel Server Board S3210SH / DAS48MB16B0 + core 2 duo. There was a Kingston 2`5 with 240 gb and a 1 TB screw.
There was a need to transfer all this to new hardware:
Msi b460m bazooka (MS-7C83) + intel core i5-10500
On the new platform, it does not load anything beyond the BIOS. UEFi sees two sata, but does not want to load it. Returned everything to the old server - updated Windows to 20H1. Windows is licensed. After that, I rearranged it again in a new PC - the situation has not changed. If you put everything from scratch on a new PC - it goes like clockwork.
Please tell me what could be the problem?

@Drno

Well, turn off ueffi (if it is disabled on the old mother)
And yes, either restore the bootloader - or run system restore if Windows crashes on boot
