Problem with Asus Sabertooth p67?

Hello!
There is a problem with iron.
I recently bought the following config:
CPU Intel Core i5-2500K BOX 3.3 GHz/SVGA/1+6Mb/5 GT/s LGA1155
Kingston ValueRAM <KVR1333D3N9/2G> DDR-III DIMM 2Gb <PC3-10600> CL9 x2
ASUS Sabertooth P67 rev3 .0(RTL) LGA1155 2xPCI-E+GbLAN+1394 SATA RAID ATX 4DDR-III
1Gb <PCI-E> DDR-5 ZOTAC (RTL) DualDVI+miniHDMI+SLI
Under all this PSU 750W
Assembled, first launch
No image, POST also doesn't squeak. The DRAM_LED on the motherboard is on, indicating a memory problem, the computer restarts and the DRAM_LED starts blinking to fix the problem (the mother has a tricky MemoryOK button that should help with memory problems), then reboot again and return to the first stage. "There is no image, POST also does not beep"
What he did:
1 - swapped slots
2 - put another new Corsair memory in one slot
3 - reset BIOS
4 - pulled out the battery
5 - wiped the system unit =)
If you pull out the memory completely, the computer starts to swear on the video, a characteristic squeak is one long - two short .
Today I will take the video to work for a test. But the feeling that this mother does not work does not let go.
Who had experience with this piece of iron, tell me plz, maybe I'm doing it wrong?

@Zeraman

What corsair was set?
Asus on p67 is critical to memory and does not like frequency more than 1333
