What literature do you need to start training yourself as an architect + manager?
Good day to all!
I need literature on the topic:
1) competent preparation of terms of reference (or some similar documentation);
2) competent management of a group of programmers;
3) competent construction of the application architecture, the use of patterns.
I understand that the topics are gigantic and all this will pull on a couple more higher educations, but I need a basis, a real basis tested by practice and time. Please don't mention Google. Thank you in advance!

I won’t advise on architecture (I think you need to go through the stage from the bottom - from the developer), but on management there is PMBOK (preferably a new edition).
Look for vacancies - be sure to stumble upon PMBOK.
For the development of technical specifications, I recommend the first few books from here:
