There is a mobile application on android / ios, semi-working in google play / appstore, the code was written by freelance Indians.
Now I ran into a problem: the Indians are breaking all the deadlines, and they can’t implement a lot of functionality, I want to find a developer at the headquarters so that he can:
1) diagnose the finished code, identify vulnerabilities
2) eliminate the identified vulnerabilities
3) complete the work on the functionality (rewrite nothing on at this stage it is not necessary to finalize errors in design, display, purchases in the store)
Question: we need a developer for two platforms, and based on this:
1) is it worth taking a pro with extensive experience in development on two platforms so that the code is finalized from both sides at high cost, but in the future the project becomes uninteresting to him: there is not much development left, the salary, respectively, is several times less compared to the first stage.
2) either you should find one or two novice programmers, with a salary of 30-40 tr, so that they delve into the code, and eventually grow into development leaders (risks in poor-quality code analysis, an unfinished application)
3) or you should turn to third-party code development organizations one-time, and after fixing the jambs - find an average developer?
